As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will be embedded directly with high-value Logistics Service Provider (LSP) accounts, serving as a bridge between customer operations and the product team. Your primary responsibilities include owning integration architecture, customizing agent workflows, and ensuring the product roadmap reflects real-world logistics operations.
