Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 / annual
Liberate Innovations is a Series-A funded AI company transforming the insurance industry through advanced technology solutions. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our cutting-edge AI products and customer technical needs, ensuring successful deployment and integration across enterprise clients.
You will collaborate closely with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that drive measurable business value. Your responsibilities include understanding customer requirements and designing tailored solutions, serving as the technical expert during post-sales processes with product demonstrations and technical presentations, assessing current customer systems to identify integration points, and developing customized configurations and prototypes.
You will guide the implementation process by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless integration with customer systems. Acting as a liaison between customers and product development, you will communicate feedback and help shape future features. You'll provide post-sales support, create technical documentation including integration guides and best practices, and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
Required: 5+ years in solutions engineering or technical consulting (preferably AI/tech), Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages, experience with APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms, strong software development and system integration background, excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, and proven ability to manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines.
Nice to have: familiarity with AI/ML and data analytics, insurance tech or fintech experience, startup or high-growth environment background, and cloud certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
