As a Senior Flight Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing the flight control software and avionics systems for next-generation high-speed aircraft. This is a hands-on engineering position where you'll work on real-time embedded systems, flight dynamics, control algorithms, and sensor integration at the cutting edge of aerospace technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and testing flight software for high-speed aircraft platforms
- Collaborating with aerodynamics, structures, and propulsion teams to integrate software with hardware systems
- Implementing real-time control algorithms and flight management systems
- Conducting flight testing, data analysis, and iterative refinement cycles
- Contributing to system architecture and software design decisions
- Mentoring junior engineers and leading technical discussions
