Salary: USD 128,000 - 151,000 / annual

The Senior FinOps Program Analyst will support execution and scheduling of internal technology programs within the Financial Operations organization, reporting to the Director of Billing Ops. This role manages a portfolio of initiatives spanning AI tooling adoption, financial and people systems, revenue and customer systems, security, and billing operations. The analyst will track progress and coordinate delivery, keeping initiatives aligned with scope, timeline, and stakeholder expectations while partnering closely with AI Solutions, Business Systems, Finance, and Security teams. Key responsibilities include: - Supporting program management for Corporate Engineering initiatives from scoping through delivery and post-launch review - Maintaining program roadmaps and status reporting, translating progress and blockers into clear stakeholder and leadership updates - Coordinating with cross-functional teams to track dependencies and flag delivery risks - Supporting AI tooling adoption and integrations across internal teams by coordinating rollout logistics, training schedules, and communications - Tracking success metrics and KPIs for each program to inform trade-off discussions - Helping maintain and refine program management processes, templates, and governance Checkr offers a hybrid work environment with expectations to work from the office 3+ days per week. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in program or project coordination with solid grasp of project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk tracking - Experience supporting technology rollouts or adoption initiatives, including coordinating training and communications with end users - Strong documentation skills to communicate plans, updates, and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Detail-oriented mindset with experience tracking success metrics and KPIs for program reporting - PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications preferred - A-player mindset with strong bias for action, ability to raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership
