As a Senior Financial Analyst on the FP&A team, you will own key financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring operational plans align with financial goals and creating transparency for executive decision-making. This is a hands-on role with deep exposure to the CFO and senior leadership across functional groups at a venture-backed software firm. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with cross-functional teams on monthly financial reporting (GAAP revenue, ARR), cash forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis - Automate and improve current processes using Excel and AI productivity tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot); drive adoption of improved financial workflows - Participate in long-range planning, including development and maintenance of Precisely's long-range financial model and supporting analyses - Support annual budgeting through cross-functional collaboration aligned with financial and strategic goals - Develop complex financial models (long-range, three-statement) and translate financial data into actionable insights for executives - Support ad hoc strategic projects and initiatives Required qualifications: - Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (equivalent work experience accepted) - Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting - Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (complex formulas, modeling techniques) - Experience with AI productivity tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication; attention to detail; ability to manage competing priorities Preferred: Experience developing long-range or three-statement financial models.
