Tricentis, the global leader in continuous testing and quality engineering, is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join the AMS (Americas) marketing team. Reporting to the Director of AMS Marketing, you will serve as a strategic driver of the regional marketing program, building and executing integrated campaigns that generate awareness, drive qualified pipeline, accelerate deals, and expand customer relationships across the US and Canada.
You will develop and own a data-driven regional marketing strategy in collaboration with AMS GTM leadership, focusing on how marketing drives leads, pipeline, and bookings across assigned sales pods. You'll bring the regional demand generation strategy to life through a mix of account-based marketing programs and tactics, including in-person and virtual events, executive briefings, industry conferences, webcasts, telemarketing, sales enablement, and nurture campaigns.
Key responsibilities include partnering closely with field sales, channel sales, customer success, and BDR teams to align on programs, messaging, and lead follow-up. You'll communicate marketing strategy to sales teams, supporting campaign themes and tactical deliverables from the global marketing program. You'll collaborate with the Partner Marketing team to enrich and scale local tactics, and own relevant components of the AMS marketing budget and calendar.
On the measurement side, you'll align with Marketing Operations to track and measure all programs against agreed SLAs and KPIs. You'll analyze performance data to surface insights and refine strategy, leveraging data segmentation and prioritization skills using internal and external data sources (6sense, ZoomInfo, Salesforce). You'll identify ways to improve qualified lead-to-opportunity conversion rates by working directly with sales reps on messaging, tools, and best practices. You'll lead quarterly business reviews of marketing performance within assigned sales pods.
