You have deep understanding of the EMEA partner landscape (SIs, Platforms, Alliances) and how to navigate regional market differences. You are a strong communicator, fluent in spoken and written English, and comfortable working across time zones and multiple cultures.
This is an office-first role based in Amsterdam, Berlin, or London. Adyen values in-person collaboration and does not offer remote-only positions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Partner Marketing, or Channel Marketing (FinTech or SaaS experience in EMEA is a plus)
- Proven track record of managing marketing programs across multiple European markets with understanding of cultural nuances
- Experience working with Target Account Lists (ABM/ABX) and managing high-touch partner relationships
- Ability to thrive in a "new team" environment; comfortable building the plane while flying it
