Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, and computer vision. As the company scales its manufacturing footprint, facilities and their supporting systems are mission-critical to operations. In this role, you will own the design, programming, and reliability of Building Automation Systems (BAS) that control environmental conditions and building infrastructure across Anduril's advanced manufacturing facilities. You'll ensure production lines, labs, and people operate without interruption. Key responsibilities include: - Administering, troubleshooting, and maintaining BAS hardware, servers, software, and networks - Diagnosing and resolving environmental control issues (temperature, humidity, pressure, airflow, noise, indoor air quality) with long-term solutions - Configuring, programming, calibrating, and testing controllers and sensors for BAS network integration - Designing and programming setpoints and control logic across temperature, humidity, pressure, scheduling, and equipment state - Investigating failures, determining root causes, and developing corrective actions - Planning and specifying system improvements and preventative maintenance programs - Leading special projects and supporting commissioning of new assets - Identifying opportunities for new technology and system integrations - Ensuring safety, maintainability, reliability, ergonomics, and regulatory compliance - Translating customer and stakeholder requirements into design options, documentation, and contract scopes Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or related technical discipline. 5+ years of experience with building electrical and mechanical systems, facilities engineering in manufacturing/industrial environments, and computerized Building Automation Systems (Trane, Honeywell, Johnson Controls Metasys). Preferred qualifications include degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, or Robotics Engineering; 5+ years with PLC hardware, equipment reliability, building lighting/environmental controls, computer programming; and experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit.
