ARX Robotics is seeking an Expansion Manager to drive international growth and market entry for its autonomous ground systems. This is a central strategic role reporting to senior leadership, combining business development, government relations, and operational execution.
You will identify and develop market-entry strategies across priority regions, navigating complex defense procurement cycles and multinational defense programs. Key responsibilities include executing the international growth strategy, securing new opportunities, building relationships with defense ministries, armed forces, OEMs, and local industry partners, and leading cross-functional teams on major international bids.
You will transform strategic opportunities into actionable market-entry plans, analyze geopolitical trends and defense budgets to inform strategy, and represent ARX Robotics at international forums and trade shows to build global brand presence.
Required background: strong experience in business development, sales, or program management within defense, aerospace, or related government technology sectors. You should have proven success in international market expansion, government procurement, and complex deal navigation. Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are a plus. You will need security clearance eligibility and the ability to travel internationally.
