The company embraces AI as a core productivity multiplier, with all team members expected to incorporate AI into their daily workflows. REQUIREMENTS: • Experience supporting senior executives in fast-moving environments with judgment to navigate shifting priorities, sensitive matters, and ambiguity • Ownership-driven working style: anticipate needs, make calls independently, escalate only when necessary • Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality; disciplined execution and high follow-through standards • Willingness to provide regular in-person support in San Francisco, CA • Comfort operating in leaner, more empowered structures where fewer people own more • Strong executive communication skills including synthesizing information, framing recommendations clearly, and ensuring right content reaches right people at right time • Demonstrated instinct for connecting operational work to real outcomes, not just completing tasks • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships while maintaining discretion with confidential information • Fluency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Navan, and GitLab; comfort using AI tools to improve productivity • Collaborative, self-directed approach with transferable judgment and initiative
