Twilio is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner to provide strategic administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role is critical to enabling executive effectiveness and organizational alignment in a fast-paced, remote-first SaaS environment.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and operational backbone for multiple executives, managing their calendars, priorities, and cross-functional initiatives. Key responsibilities include end-to-end meeting coordination and facilitation, planning leadership summits and offsites, and acting as a point person for executives' direct reports and teams. You'll work independently to stack-rank competing priorities, redirect requests as needed, and make decisions on behalf of your executives with full discretion.
Beyond day-to-day support, you'll identify process improvements, own long-term strategic projects, and develop a deep understanding of the business. You'll mentor other administrative business partners, ensure department-wide alignment, and partner with HR on headcount planning and organizational restructuring.
Required qualifications include 7+ years of experience supporting executives in fast-paced, high-tech environments. You must demonstrate superior attention to detail, integrity in handling confidential information, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proven ability to build cross-functional relationships. Experience with contract management, procurement processes, and standard administrative tools (Zoom, G-Suite) is essential.
Desired experience includes internal communications, project management (especially process building), and familiarity with business operating cadences such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Long Range Planning. Occasional travel to West Coast locations may be required for in-person meetings and team gatherings.
