Kaseya, a leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software backed by Insight Partners, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted strategic partner to a senior executive. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—the ideal candidate will act as an extension of the executive, anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring the executive is prepared for high-impact meetings, decisions, and commitments in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
Key responsibilities include managing a complex and dynamic executive calendar aligned to organizational priorities; proactively addressing scheduling conflicts, information gaps, and preparation requirements; serving as a strategic gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders; preparing executives for critical meetings by coordinating agendas, pre-reads, presentations, and briefing materials; coordinating executive-level, leadership, Board, and investor meetings; partnering with the leadership team to ensure priorities and commitments are communicated and followed through; tracking decisions and action items to drive accountability; coordinating complex domestic and international travel; drafting and editing executive communications and presentations; handling highly confidential information with discretion; building strong relationships across the organization; supporting special projects and strategic initiatives; identifying opportunities to improve executive effectiveness and team communication; establishing consistent standards and best practices across the Executive Assistant function; and providing guidance and mentorship to other Executive Assistants where applicable.
The role will involve close collaboration with senior leadership, Board members, investors, and other high-profile stakeholders. Experience in private equity-backed organizations and supporting executives with Board responsibilities is highly valued. The successful candidate may also help establish best practices and improve coordination across the broader Executive Assistant function.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8–12 years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Business Partner, or similar executive support role, with significant experience supporting senior executives
- Demonstrated experience supporting VP, C-suite, or other highly senior leaders in complex, fast-paced organizations
- Proven ability to function as a true executive partner—anticipating needs, understanding context, prioritizing effectively, and proactively driving outcomes
- Exceptional ability to manage complex and constantly changing calendars, competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and high-volume demands with accuracy and composure
- Strong executive judgment regarding what requires immediate attention, what can wait, and when to escalate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact confidently with executives, Board members, investors, employees, and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with exceptional discretion
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly understand executive priorities, organizational dynamics, and business objectives
- Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining understanding of the bigger picture
- Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and make sound decisions without constant direction
- Proven ability to remain calm, flexible, and highly effective in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other executive productivity and collaboration tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior executives in complex global organizations
- Experience working within private equity-backed organizations or investor-driven environments
- Experience supporting executives with Board of Directors or Board committee responsibilities
- Experience coordinating Board meetings, Board materials, investor meetings, or executive-level governance activities
- Experience managing, mentoring, or leading a team of Executive Assistants; experience overseeing an EA pool or broader executive support function is a significant plus
- Experience in high-growth technology, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced organizations
- Experience supporting executives through periods of significant organizational growth, transformation, or change
- Strong understanding of executive prioritization, organizational dynamics, and cross-functional business operations
- Experience developing or improving processes, operating rhythms, and best practices for an Executive Assistant or executive support function
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and become a highly valued business partner
- Experience working across multiple time zones and supporting globally distributed teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
