Seed Health is a microbiome science company pioneering clinically validated innovations for gut and whole-body health. You will be the technical owner of the systems that run Seed's business operations, reporting into the Technology team and partnering daily with Finance, Accounting, and Operations.
You'll architect, build, govern, and support Seed's ERP ecosystem—NetSuite at the core, connected to Shopify/Recharge, 3PL fulfillment, Ramp spend management, EDI, and more. This is a deeply hands-on role where you write SuiteScript, design integrations, and own the governance that keeps a high-volume, multi-channel, multi-entity business running cleanly at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting with business units across Finance, Operations, Growth, and Tech to gather requirements and translate business needs into ERP solutions
- Owning the architecture, administration, and development of NetSuite as the system of record across multiple sales channels (DTC, Amazon, Retail)
- Designing, building, and maintaining SuiteScript solutions (Map/Reduce, Scheduled, User Event, RESTlets), workflows, saved searches, and SuiteQL-driven automation
- Owning the integration layer end-to-end—flows, 3PL transactions, Ramp, and other platforms—including monitoring, error handling, and recovery
- Establishing and enforcing systems governance: script deployment standards, sandbox and release management, API concurrency management, change control, and documentation
- Building AI-augmented workflows using LLMs, MCP connectors, and agentic tooling to automate reconciliation, billing operations, reporting, and cross-system data quality
- Partnering with the Controller and accounting team on close automation, billing remediation, revenue data integrity, and audit-readiness
- Designing user-friendly interfaces—custom forms, roles, dashboards, and saved searches—so non-technical teams can self-serve
- Providing training, support, and enablement for end-users, and preparing technical documentation
- Managing systems projects end-to-end—scoping, timelines, implementation partners, and consultants
- Serving as escalation point for systems incidents, performing diagnostic testing and root-cause analysis
You are an AI-native builder who sees agentic workflows, LLMs, and tools like Claude and MCP as core infrastructure for the next generation of finance and operations systems.
