Salary: USD 123,000 - 172,000 / annual
1Password is seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer to design, maintain, and scale secure AI and automation solutions across the organization. Reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Tools, you'll partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify workflow challenges, build practical solutions, and improve how employees use AI-enabled enterprise tools.
Key responsibilities include managing and configuring centralized AI and automation platforms for secure, scalable use; building and maintaining AI-powered workflows that streamline operations; translating business workflow challenges into effective technical solutions; developing documentation, standards, and best practices for enterprise AI and automation; and providing technical guidance to support adoption of AI capabilities.
You'll design and implement solutions using APIs, connectors, and low-code/no-code tools, with a focus on reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency. The role involves collaborating across Engineering, Product, Design, and business teams to enable secure, effective ways of working that support measurable productivity gains.

Required experience includes IT systems, automation engineering, or enterprise productivity enablement. Bonus qualifications include familiarity with AI-enabled productivity platforms (Glean, Dust, Workato) and enterprise collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Zoom, Asana).
