6sense is seeking a Senior Enterprise AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems that scale internal operations and improve employee productivity. This role focuses on building production-ready AI solutions using platforms like Workato, MCP frameworks, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Claude to automate workflows across IT, Security, Finance, HR, Legal, and go-to-market functions.
Key responsibilities include designing and deploying enterprise AI agents and assistants that automate business processes; building end-to-end workflows using integration platforms; implementing security, privacy, and compliance controls within AI solutions; developing reusable AI components and templates to accelerate adoption; and leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude to enhance employee productivity and decision-making.
The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, Security, and Enterprise Applications teams to translate operational challenges into scalable technical implementations. Success is measured by delivering impactful AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems while maintaining security, reliability, and compliance.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of enterprise engineering, software engineering, automation, or IT systems experience; hands-on experience building integrations and workflows using Workato, Tines, or similar platforms; experience with LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, and AI assistants; strong understanding of APIs and SaaS ecosystems; and experience implementing security and compliance controls in cloud environments.
Preferred qualifications include experience with MCP frameworks, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensions, Claude or enterprise AI platforms, AI governance and responsible AI principles, and supporting internal platforms within SaaS companies. Core competencies include AI and automation mindset, strong software and systems engineering fundamentals, security-conscious development practices, cross-functional collaboration, and bias for execution.
