Cyderes is seeking a Senior Engineer specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to support and enhance their Identity & Access Management platform. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with operational responsibility for a critical enterprise system serving global customers.
You will own both implementation and managed services aspects of SailPoint IIQ, balancing business-as-usual operations with platform enhancements. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, developing technical documentation, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. You'll provide L2/L3 production support, handling P1/P2 incidents within SLAs and supporting IAM operations including provisioning, identity refreshes, aggregations, certifications, access requests, and application onboarding.
The role requires hands-on expertise across the SailPoint stack: installation, configuration, administration, and custom development. You'll work with XML, SPML, REST/SOAP web services, Java, BeanShell scripting, and PowerShell. Experience developing custom API-based integrations, configuring SailPoint Rules, Custom Objects, Workflows, Forms, and Connectors is essential. You should be comfortable performing upgrades, patch installations, and production deployments, and familiar with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
This is a hybrid role (2–3 days in office) based in Bengaluru. You'll participate in after-hours and weekend on-call support for a global customer environment, requiring flexibility and commitment to operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of SailPoint IIQ implementation and production support experience, with a track record of resolving critical incidents and a SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer certification preferred.
