Flutterwave is seeking a UX-focused Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and maintain the merchant-facing visual layer of their payment infrastructure platform. You will own the core Merchant Dashboard (analytics, settings, balances), Checkout Modal/JS SDK, Payment Links, and Invoices systems—products that directly impact merchant conversion and revenue.
Key responsibilities include designing and building intuitive, accessible, and high-performance merchant interfaces; optimizing checkout flows to minimize latency and maximize conversion; collaborating with Product and Design teams to drive UX improvements; and writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code across frontend and backend layers.
You will focus heavily on React or Vue expertise with strong full-stack capabilities. The role demands deep understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG), proven ability to optimize web performance and conversion metrics, and experience building scalable dashboards and SDKs. A product-minded engineering approach and high empathy for user needs are essential.
