As a Senior Flutter Engineer, you will be part of a mobile engineering team responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining Tide's rich product catalog across business domains such as Payments Service and Business Service. You'll work in small, autonomous teams organized around common domains that own micro-frontends powering the Tide application.
Key responsibilities include:
- Making real technical decisions that affect multiple teams and shape Tide's Global One Platform
- Learning and sharing knowledge with engineers on new technologies, with emphasis on experimentation and T-shaped skill development
- Contributing to a resilient, error-free, and scalable codebase
- Delivering exceptional user experiences while maintaining high engineering standards
- Participating in a Community of Practice that sets guidelines and technical direction regardless of seniority level
