As a Senior Engineer specializing in Flutter, you'll join a rapidly expanding mobile engineering team working on Tide's consumer-facing applications. You'll take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining rich product features across multiple business areas (Payments, Business Services, etc.), working within small autonomous teams organized around micro-frontends and common domains. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing new mobile features and products on the Tide platform - Making technical decisions that impact multiple teams and shape Tide's global platform strategy - Collaborating with product owners, designers, architects, and cross-functional team members to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions - Mentoring and sharing knowledge with less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation and T-shaped engineering - Contributing to engineering practices and community of practice discussions that set technical guidelines - Ensuring code quality, resilience, and scalability across the mobile application You'll work in a data-driven environment focused on delivering exceptional user experiences while maintaining high standards for reliability and performance. The role offers genuine technical autonomy—you'll make decisions that matter and shape the future direction of Tide's platform. Tide operates technology centers across multiple countries (Lithuania, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, India) and maintains offices in London, Berlin, Paris, and other major hubs, supporting a global team of 2,800+ employees.
