Reltio, an SAP Company, is seeking a Senior Engineer to join its Core Platform development team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building and delivering features for Reltio's Context Intelligence Platform—a cloud-native SaaS solution that harmonizes, unifies, and governs enterprise data in real time to enable AI agents and systems to operate at scale.
As a Senior Engineer, you will drive the design and development of complex platform components, working across cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Documentation. Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with Product Managers to define roadmaps with clear goals and measurable KPIs
• Owning feature delivery from conception through production, ensuring high quality and customer focus
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers on the team
• Championing engineering excellence through code coverage, coding standards, and rigorous review processes
• Presenting architectural designs to a global forum of architects and shaping the broader product architecture
• Working with architects to solve complex, ambiguous problems in distributed systems
• Ensuring thorough testing strategies, robust deployments, and clear documentation
• Communicating effectively with global stakeholders across functions
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years designing and developing enterprise SaaS products
• 2–3 years building large-scale distributed data systems using Java and cloud technologies
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, software design, and distributed systems
• Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end with customer engagement and adoption focus
• Experience with performance optimization, code profiling, and Java runtime analysis
Desirable experience:
• Hands-on work with AWS, Azure, or GCP; managed cloud databases and queue services
• Big data technologies (Apache Spark, Apache Flink)
• Designing scalable data pipelines to cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks)
• Cloud security principles and Kubernetes
• Customer-focused SaaS product development
