As a Senior Engineer in AI Engineering, you will be a hands-on individual contributor responsible for building and operating AI-enabled solutions that accelerate enterprise AI adoption. You will work closely with the Staff Engineer for AI Platform & Architecture and the Director of AI Engineering to transform high-friction workflows into secure, reliable, and measurable AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering production-quality AI agents, prompts, and connectors
- Building dashboards and workflow automations that follow established architecture and governance standards
- Creating reusable components that reduce duplicate work across teams
- Implementing reliable telemetry and measurement capabilities to demonstrate impact
- Collaborating with business and technology partners to identify and solve enterprise AI challenges
- Ensuring cost-control standards are maintained across AI solutions
Success in this role is measured by shipped capabilities that improve employee productivity, reusable components that reduce engineering overhead, reliable telemetry demonstrating measurable impact, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This is an individual contributor role focused on hands-on engineering excellence rather than people management.
