Legora is an AI-native legal workspace that transforms how legal professionals work. The company serves 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including major firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters, and has scaled to $100M+ ARR with teams across Europe, North America, and APAC.
You will own Legora's global relationship with one of the Big 4 accounting/consulting firms, one of the company's most significant partnerships. This is a strategic role managing enterprise-wide adoption and transformation across a complex, multi-region organization.
Key responsibilities include: setting global adoption strategy and leading execution across regions; acting as primary point of contact for the firm's UK and Ireland practice while traveling to other member firms (~25% travel); designing the client's tailored change-management playbook and adoption roadmap; executing sequenced initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption; serving as strategic adviser who understands the client's goals and workflows; driving sustained value through structured operating cadence (success plans, enablement, training, value reviews); orchestrating cross-functional Legora teams (GTM, Product, Engineering, Support) to accelerate client success; partnering on commercial moments and expansion opportunities; and translating customer feedback into product and enablement improvements.
You bring 5–8 years' experience in management consulting, legal services, LegalTech, or customer success in AI-native B2B environments. Extensive experience working with or inside a Big 4 firm is highly desirable—you understand their structure, decision-making, and how change lands across member firms. You have a consulting or transformation background with a demonstrated track record designing and delivering change-management programmes inside large, complex organizations. You excel at building tailored transformation roadmaps and adoption plans, steering them to measurable outcomes. You care deeply about customer outcomes, are proactive and strategic, and are comfortable steering demanding senior stakeholders through significant change.
