The role combines technical leadership with people management, overseeing the development of embedded software that powers Mainspring's Linear Generators—advanced distributed energy systems deployed across Fortune 500 companies, data centers, and utilities.
In this position, you will manage a team of embedded software engineers, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery of high-quality, reliable software for power generation equipment. You'll collaborate closely with hardware engineers, systems architects, and product teams to translate customer requirements and system specifications into robust embedded solutions.
