Braze is seeking a Senior Email Deliverability Consultant to join its customer-facing deliverability team in London. In this role, you will work directly with enterprise and mid-market customers to provide reporting, best practices, and strategic recommendations to optimize their email programs and maximize value from the Braze platform. You will manage a portfolio of assigned customers with paid Deliverability Services Consulting entitlements, serving as their primary strategic partner. Key responsibilities include: - Providing fundamental deliverability support and managing incoming support tickets for troubleshooting and strategy - Conducting in-depth investigations, reviews, and audits of customer email sending practices - Assisting customers with blocklist issues, spam trap remediation, and ISP-related problems - Developing and monitoring IP warming schedules and tracking progress - Analyzing individual customer email metrics and helping improve sending reputation - Providing in-depth performance analysis to ensure continuous program improvement - Developing long-term strategic deliverability plans for high-touch, high-visibility brands - Contributing to strategic projects that mature processes, product capabilities, thought leadership, and customer education You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales, and Growth teams to develop and iterate on strategies that improve both customer outcomes and internal team effectiveness. This is a customer-facing role where you'll serve as a polished, articulate ambassador for Braze. REQUIREMENTS: - 3-4 years of experience providing deliverability-specific services at an ESP, agency, or large brand - Proficiency in deliverability concepts and customer management skills - Strong knowledge of industry best practices - Demonstrated success identifying and remediating deliverability issues - Ability to present complex technical information in a meaningful, consumable format to customers - Polished, articulate communication style
