This Senior Electrical Engineer role is responsible for product sustainment—keeping production operations running smoothly once products are fielded and in manufacturing. You will triage product failures from production and field operations, prioritizing by severity and population impact. You'll drive root cause investigations down to the electrical component and PCB fabrication level as needed, translating findings into corrective actions via process or design updates.
Key responsibilities include collecting, managing, and analyzing failure and field data to quantify population-level impact and identify trends. You'll work cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Operations teams to keep builds on schedule and surface issues that threaten delivery timelines. Your work directly ensures that fielded systems operate reliably and at scale, sustaining critical capabilities long after they leave the production line.
