The Hardware Test Engineering team is responsible for designing and validating cutting-edge test solutions that ensure the V-BAT and other aircraft platforms meet the highest reliability and mission-readiness standards.
As a Senior Electrical Engineer on the Hardware Test team, you will own the end-to-end design and development of test systems that validate hardware performance in real-world and extreme environments. Your responsibilities include:
• Design and development of custom PCBs and electrical test infrastructure
• Creation of automated test sequences and test automation frameworks
• Design of electrical and mechanical test stands for aerospace hardware validation
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on testing and troubleshooting of complex electrical systems
• Documentation and reporting of test results and hardware performance metrics
You will leverage expertise in power electronics, RF systems, communications protocols, and test automation to ensure the highest standards of hardware reliability. This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical systems used in real-world defense operations across multiple continents.
