Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 / annual

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to serve as Technical Authority for all electrical systems on the Peregrine lunar lander program. This is a high-impact role where you will own the complete electrical system architecture and serve as the single point of technical accountability for a mission-critical spacecraft. You will develop, document, and maintain the technical solution for the lunar lander's electrical systems within project constraints and program baselines. Key responsibilities include delegating technical authority to dotted-line engineers, identifying and characterizing technical risks and issues, defining verification and acceptance approaches, reviewing supplier deliverables, and presenting technical status at formal program reviews. You will work closely with Responsible Engineers across Avionics, RF Communications, Power, and Harness subsystems, as well as Program Management and the Chief Engineer, to ensure all deliverables meet schedule, budget, and technical rigor requirements. Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience developing spacecraft electrical systems (Avionics, EPS, RF Communications, Harness), demonstrated ability to mentor and lead small engineering teams, systems engineering experience for requirements and risk management, strong debugging and technical writing skills, and a B.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Desired qualifications include experience with power budgeting, solar photovoltaic and lithium-ion battery technology, RF communications link budgets, electronics and circuit analysis, project management tools (Microsoft Project/JIRA), Range Safety and Ground Safety compliance, NASA standards (STD 4001, STD 4003), and space environmental testing (TVAC, shock/vibe, EMI/EMC). An M.S. in Electrical or Computer Engineering is also valued.
