CesiumAstro develops advanced communication systems for satellites, UAVs, launch vehicles, and other space and airborne platforms. We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Digital/Mixed-Signal Electronics team.
In this role, you will own full-stack hardware development for complex modules and small systems, from concept through detailed design, analysis, layout, build, test, and delivery. You will perform hands-on work at each phase of the development lifecycle. At the Senior II level, you will also take on technical leadership responsibilities, guiding small teams of hardware engineers as they develop new products and systems.
Your work will have direct, measurable impact on the company's success. You will be responsible for designing high-reliability electronics for space and aerospace applications, requiring both technical rigor and the agility needed in a startup environment. You will present engineering design review materials to customers and the executive team, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
