CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Digital and Mixed-Signal Electronics team. This role offers full-stack hardware development for complex modules used in satellites, spacecraft, UAVs, launch vehicles, and other aerospace platforms.
You will own projects from concept through delivery, including concept development, detailed design, analysis, PCB layout, build, test, and integration. This is hands-on work at every phase, with direct responsibility for high-reliability space and airborne applications. The role requires both breadth and depth of technical knowledge, combining technical rigor with startup agility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full-stack hardware development for complex electronic modules
- Concept development through detailed design and analysis
- PCB layout and design optimization
- Build and test phases with hands-on involvement
- Presenting engineering design reviews to customers and executive leadership
- Contributing directly to product success in a small, dynamic team
