In this role, you will own full-stack hardware development for complex modules and small systems, from concept through detailed design, analysis, layout, build, test, and delivery. You will perform hands-on work at each phase of the development lifecycle. The position includes technical leadership opportunities, with responsibility for mentoring and guiding small teams of hardware engineers developing new products and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the design and development of high-reliability electronics for space and aerospace applications
- Conducting detailed circuit design, analysis, and PCB layout for mixed-signal systems
- Managing the build, test, and validation phases of hardware modules
- Presenting engineering design reviews to customers and executive leadership

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in electrical engineering, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team. You should be comfortable with the breadth and depth required in a startup setting where your work directly impacts business success. This is a hands-on role requiring technical rigor and the ability to navigate complex, high-reliability applications.
