Veeam is seeking a Senior Domain Engineering Specialist to serve as part of the company's deepest technical bench. This specialized overlay role supports eligible accounts in close partnership with Customer Success Engineers (CSEs), Customer Success Specialists (CSSs), and Sales teams. You will be pulled into customer engagements when advanced product expertise or domain depth is required to accelerate outcomes, derisk adoption, or support complex expansion opportunities.
The Domain Engineering team is intentionally multidimensional, including product-focused specialists across VDC and the broader Veeam Data Platform (VDP), as well as domain experts spanning Security, Cloud, and AI. As a Senior Domain Engineering Specialist, you will blend deep technical credibility with strong customer-facing and consultative skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a technical overlay to CSEs and CSSs, providing specialized expertise when advanced product or domain depth is required
- Engage directly with senior customer stakeholders, including CIOs and CISOs, to assess resilience posture, guide solution design, and influence long-term roadmap strategy
- Amplify Veeam's technical authority to help ensure customers realize maximum value
- Enable Sales and CSE teams to operate with greater focus and efficiency
- Provide technical guidance on VDP, VDC, Cloud, Security, and AI domains
- Support complex customer engagements and expansion opportunities
