Salary: USD 98,466.79 - 147,096.83 / annual

As Senior Director of Technical Services, you will lead the technical support function and drive expansion of the Tech Service and Parts Identification teams across multiple states. This role manages a large team of technical professionals accountable for executing technical support partnerships with manufacturers. You will own key performance indicators (KPIs), budget, and staffing decisions for your team. Key responsibilities include: - Drive performance of Technical and Parts Identification teams to support manufacturer partnerships - Lead, develop, and motivate a large team focused on supporting partners' needs - Assist with complex sales negotiations, attend sales presentations, and help close manufacturer partnership programs - Successfully launch and implement new partnership programs involving parts identification and technical support - Use analytical insights to identify business and process improvement opportunities - Work collaboratively across the organization to achieve company goals - Partner closely with the Manufacturer Relations team to cultivate influential contacts and achieve partnership commitments - Leverage digital tools and platforms to enhance partner interactions and drive KPI improvement The role is hybrid-based in the Chicago area (Cook/DuPage County, IL). REQUIREMENTS: - 5–7 years of leadership experience with steadily increasing responsibilities - Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume call center(s) - Demonstrated skills in project management, data management/reporting, and process improvement - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment - Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and verbal) - Bachelor's degree preferred - Bonus: knowledge of Excel, Access, tier-one phone systems, or Salesforce
