ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead the Unified Security and Exposure Management (USEM) product line. This is a strategic, high-visibility role focused on building the next generation of AI-native, agentic security products designed for modern CISO organizations.
In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers through ideation, design, and development of USEM capabilities that help enterprises see, prioritize, and remediate risk across their attack surface. You will define product vision and roadmap, influence architecture decisions, and ensure enterprise-grade quality. The core challenge is building AI-native, agentic security operations that enterprises can trust at scale—grounded in real data, workflows, and integrations that security teams already depend on.
You will interface directly with large-enterprise customers and CISOs to understand evolving security needs, collaborate across ServiceNow's platform and security portfolio, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions that reduce risk. This is a high-energy, startup-like environment within an established enterprise software leader, working alongside experienced industry veterans.
Key responsibilities include establishing a compelling vision for USEM, driving product roadmap for innovation, collaborating with product lines toward common goals, working with architects and engineering directors on reliable and scalable design, using data-driven approaches to define success metrics and prioritize requirements, and communicating complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 12+ years of product management, engineering, or relevant industry experience in high tech, enterprise software, or cybersecurity
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving; understanding what makes AI dependable in mission-critical enterprise workflows (reliability, governance, grounding in real data and systems)
- Deep cyber domain expertise in one or more of: CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management), cloud security, vulnerability management, or SIEM; real fluency in how CISO organizations operate, buy, and measure success
- Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-grade products sold to large enterprises; strong understanding of architecting and building on large-scale platforms leveraging shared services
- Data-driven approach to defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plans and progress across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills; ability to present complex technical information clearly to varied audiences
DESIRABLE:
- AI or agentic product experience delivered inside enterprise workflows at scale, pairing governance, reliability, and explainability with modern AI capabilities
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform or comparable large-scale enterprise platform
- Direct experience developing or managing products in CTEM, vulnerability management, cloud security, or SIEM
- Experience leading major platform transitions, category-defining launches, or new-category creation in enterprise security software
