Daymark Health is a value-based oncology company transforming cancer care through a comprehensive platform combining dedicated care navigation, symptom-focused support, behavioral health, and social resources with evidence-based interventions and hybrid in-person/virtual care delivery. As Senior Director of Provider Growth, you will drive Daymark's provider network expansion, reporting to the VP of Provider Growth. You sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, responsible for engaging the nation's leading oncology practices and convincing them that Daymark is their partner of choice in the shift to value-based care. Your core mission is building a dual-sided network by moving from high-level strategy discussions to signed contracts—making it easy for provider groups to say yes through clean economics, clear workflows, and simple integration. You will spend significant time on the road building deep relationships with independent practices, academic medical centers, and large oncology networks. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing long-term provider engagement strategy aligned with market opportunities and payer-driven growth; evaluating and driving strategic partnerships with risk-bearing entities and channel partners; mapping and engaging key contacts at target providers (physicians, administrators, MSO leaders); developing tailored presentation and proposal materials for different provider types; structuring innovative compensation and shared savings models; leading individual partnerships from sourcing through contract signing; and collaborating cross-functionally with operations and other growth leaders to ensure seamless onboarding and geographic prioritization. You are a proven closer with a track record of selling provider contracts in dual-sided networks (kidney care, value-based primary care, or oncology). You build genuine, trust-based relationships with physician leaders and administrators, understanding that the best partnerships come from becoming a long-term advisor. You have 8+ years of healthcare business development, internal strategy, or VC/PE experience with deep expertise in value-based care and payer/provider ecosystem dynamics. Ideally, you have existing relationships within major oncology networks (OneOncology, AON, US Oncology) or cancer centers at large integrated health systems. You are travel-ready and thrive on the relationship-building and analytical rigor required to close complex healthcare deals.
