Salary: USD 140,734 - 210,238 / annual
Parts Town, a fast-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC, and residential appliance parts, is seeking a Senior Director of Manufacturer Partnerships to lead growth initiatives across key OEM markets. This role champions business development by building strong partnerships, uncovering new revenue opportunities, and driving results through post-launch partnership expansion.
You will lead a high-performing commercial account management team, serving as a trusted business leader and mentor. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the growth of established business portfolios while identifying new revenue opportunities, cultivating influential networks at all levels within assigned OEM partners, and managing resources to maximize growth. You'll develop creative growth strategies, deliver customer-focused solutions, and turn market insights into business results.
Working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance, you'll secure and execute new business opportunities. You'll utilize reporting and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making, proactively build knowledge of industry trends and competition, and mentor your team through change and transformation.
The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of experience in fast-paced, high-growth consultative and collaborative sales environments with a proven track record in national account leadership, account development, and project management. You're a strong business developer and people leader with excellent communication and presentation skills. You're passionate about complex sales negotiations, supply chain partnerships, and value-based selling. Experience with Salesforce, Qlik, Excel, and analytical tools is a bonus. You're comfortable with 30-40% travel and have deep expertise in analyzing sales data and trends. Knowledge of supply chain and marketing is valued.
