Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Director, Marketplace Growth and Partnerships to build and lead a new partnerships capability supporting Lucie's marketplace growth. Lucie is Oscar's consumer health platform, and this role will define how external partners expand consumer value, engagement, and monetization across the ecosystem. You will report to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy and own the full partnership strategy lifecycle. Key responsibilities include defining the partnership strategy for Lucie Marketplace across lifestyle, condition management, wellness, navigation, and adjacent categories; identifying where partnerships can accelerate marketplace strategy faster than internal build; developing commercial strategy including monetization models and value-sharing structures; and establishing the operating model for partner evaluation, launch readiness, relationship management, and performance measurement. You will partner cross-functionally with Lucie leadership, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Data, and Operations to turn partnership strategy into scalable marketplace capabilities. You'll own senior-level partner relationships and represent Lucie's marketplace vision externally. The role starts as a hands-on leadership seat with room to scale into a broader partnership function as the marketplace matures. Required experience includes 12+ years in partnerships, business development, corporate strategy, or related leadership; 8+ years developing and executing partnership strategies and ecosystem initiatives; 8+ years structuring and managing strategic commercial partnerships; 8+ years building executive-level relationships with external partners; 8+ years leading cross-functional initiatives; 5+ years building or scaling new business functions and operating models; and 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams. Bonus qualifications include 5+ years in consumer marketplaces, digital platforms, healthcare, insurance, or technology; experience evaluating partnership performance using financial and engagement metrics; MBA or advanced degree; and experience in high-growth or startup environments.
