Precision AQ Market Access Consulting, an award-winning global healthcare consultancy, seeks a Senior Director to lead and grow its market access consulting services for life sciences clients. This is a leadership role within the consulting team, responsible for driving revenue growth, developing consultative services, and building long-term client partnerships. Key responsibilities include delivering market access engagements across the payer-provider-patient continuum; achieving revenue and sales targets through direct client engagement and project leadership; providing strategic direction to the consulting team; supporting hiring, staffing, and people development; and coaching and mentoring staff on career development and onboarding. You will collaborate across business units on strategy and execution, identify new business opportunities, and maintain proactive client relationships by proposing technical and strategic solutions. The role demands deep expertise in market access, distribution, patient support services, and end-to-end drug development and commercialization lifecycle understanding. Required qualifications include 8-10 years of consulting or related experience in distribution, patient support services, group purchasing organization engagement, and contracting. A bachelor's degree in science, economics, business, or related field is preferred; advanced degrees are advantageous. You must demonstrate a proven track record in revenue generation and business development. Essential skills include excellent strategic and technical communication; strong leadership with clear direction and role modeling; team development and mentoring capabilities; client relationship building and stakeholder credibility; process development and resource optimization; enthusiasm for business development and new thinking; and strategic consultation with awareness of market access industry drivers and client challenges.
