Salary: USD 140,733 - 210,238 / annual
Parts Town, a fast-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC, and residential appliance parts, seeks a Senior Director of HVAC Manufacturer Partnerships to lead strategy and growth of OEM relationships. This role combines strategic partnership development with hands-on execution across a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategy for growing Parts Town's HVAC and HVACR manufacturer partnership portfolio
- Build executive-level relationships with OEM leaders, serving as strategic advisor on aftermarket parts, distribution, technology, and customer experience
- Lead identification, development, negotiation, and conversion of prospective manufacturer partners
- Create joint business plans driving revenue, profitability, product expansion, and partner engagement
- Sponsor new program launches and expansions, ensuring alignment across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology, Finance, and Customer Experience
- Lead executive business reviews, monitor partnership performance, and communicate results and risks to senior leadership
- Coach and develop a high-performing team responsible for manufacturer acquisition, account growth, and program execution
- Travel nationally for manufacturer meetings and industry events
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years progressive experience in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, manufacturer relations, or strategic account management
- Experience managing comparable business verticals and building OEM relationships in HVAC, HVACR, industrial distribution, equipment manufacturing, aftermarket parts, or related industries
- Proven track record building and growing complex OEM or enterprise partnerships with C-suite engagement
- Experience creating business plans, negotiating agreements, and delivering measurable revenue or profitability growth
- Experience leading teams or influencing cross-functional partners through complex initiatives
- Strong business and financial acumen with comfort in forecasts, margins, and performance metrics
- Collaborative, resourceful leadership style
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary $140,733–$210,238 (based on qualifications, experience, and location).
