Drata is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Global GSI and Audit Firm Alliances function. This is a people-management role overseeing a team focused on building and scaling strategic partnerships with global systems integrators and audit firms. The successful candidate will drive revenue generation through partner channels, implement co-selling programs, and embed Drata's continuous compliance automation platform into partner practices.
Key responsibilities include leading and growing the partner network, extending company reach through new revenue streams, designing and implementing mutually beneficial partnership programs, serving as a product advocate in the partner ecosystem, and actively promoting Drata solutions to partners' customers. You'll work cross-functionally with the C-suite, sales, business development, and the audit alliance team to achieve revenue objectives and maintain strong customer relationships.
The role requires deep knowledge of the GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) landscape and the audit industry. You'll build relationships with audit and systems integration firms, enable them to succeed with Drata's software, implement partner onboarding programs, measure effectiveness, and report on performance metrics to drive new alliance partnerships.
