Salary: USD 203,000 - 290,000 / annual

You will serve as a strategic leader for finance transformation, reporting to the Vice President of Business Transformation in the Finance department. This hybrid role in Santa Clara, CA is central to supporting the company's exponential growth and post-merger finance integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end strategic transformation initiatives in Record to Report, Source to Pay, and Asset Management
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, IT, CloudOps, Security, Legal) using Lean methodology to develop scalable future-state processes
- Assess and optimize the current tech stack (NetSuite, Coupa, ServiceNow, Workiva, Snowflake, Adaptive/EPM tools) in collaboration with IT to implement best-in-class systems
- Design and implement AI-enabled transformation strategies that enhance customer, vendor, and employee experience
- Develop metrics-based strategies to track transformation progress and process improvements
- Collaborate with internal audit to implement and modernize controls during automation and process changes
- Support finance organization and process integration during acquisitions
- Drive change management efforts across transformation initiatives

Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience supporting Finance Process and Systems Transformation
- Deep technical knowledge of end-to-end finance processes: Record-to-Report, Source to Pay, Supply Chain, demand planning, FP&A, Quote to Cash, Tax, and Treasury in fast-paced corporate environments
- Proficiency in enterprise and finance systems: NetSuite, ServiceNow, Coupa, Salesforce, Snowflake
- Proven program management expertise managing multiple complex workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to drive change and facilitate alignment across cross-functional leadership
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools with proven history of integrating new technologies into workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in technology or SaaS industry supporting cloud-based service offerings with understanding of SaaS business and finance processes
- AI-first mindset with demonstrated ability to architect, build, and implement end-to-end AI-enabled processes
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale finance technology rationalization and system implementation projects with internal and external auditors
