Reporting to the VP of CEG Global Field Ops, you will own the strategy, planning, and execution that enable CEG to deliver value-based outcomes at scale across EMEA.
In this role, you will define and execute the operational strategy and annual operating plan for CEG across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global priorities and consistency across geographies and segments. Operationally, you will establish and run quarterly business reviews, performance reviews, forecasting, and planning rhythms with key stakeholders. You will recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a collaborative, high-impact culture. You will act as a change agent championing new processes and technologies, own the EMEA capacity and coverage model, and drive consistency and accountability across EMEA Major Areas through standardized reporting frameworks and escalation paths.
