Precision AQ is a leading market access marketing agency partnering with global pharmaceutical and life sciences companies to demonstrate the economic, clinical, and societal value of innovative medical treatments to payers, providers, patients, and policymakers. The Senior Director of the Access Experience Team (AET) will lead strategic initiatives and serve as a team lead for one or more major clients. This role bridges Precision leadership, account teams, and clients to drive payer strategy and market access success. Key responsibilities include: - Provide healthcare expertise and strategic guidance for client projects, particularly around payer strategy and market dynamics - Lead the Access Experience Team and represent it to clients, identifying and meeting their business needs - Support cross-functional matrix teams on internal and external deliverables - Develop segment strategy input for prelaunch, existing brand, biosimilar, and loss-of-exclusivity planning - Contribute to new business development through research, proposal development, and presentations - Conduct advisor interviews to understand market dynamics and prepare insights for clients - Prepare and execute client workshops and competitive simulations, including role-playing as payers or healthcare stakeholders - Monitor evolving drug coverage trends and provide actionable insights to payer and account teams - Manage deliverables across multiple clients with competing timelines - Represent Precision at industry meetings and conferences - Support account teams in budget planning and service recommendations - Create and curate training materials on managed market topics - Travel up to 50% as needed Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (Doctorate preferred) in pharmacy, nursing, medicine, or life sciences - Minimum 10 years of experience in medical or pharmacy management at a payer organization, health system, integrated delivery system, or comparable role Preferred qualifications: - Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or MD) - Experience with Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees or formulary management at health plans, integrated delivery networks, or provider organizations - Prior experience at pharmacy benefit management organizations - Experience managing specialty pharmaceuticals (oncology, rare disease, etc.) across pharmacy and medical benefits - Payer experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers Required skills: - Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for client-facing materials - Ability to interpret customer needs and oversee material production - Strong presentation skills for live and virtual settings - Proficiency with web conferencing and Microsoft Outlook - Ability to interpret analytic and economic model outputs - Project management and independent/team work capability Key competencies: collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, strategic thinking, presentation skills, analytical and research abilities, multi-tasking, accountability, and leadership.
