Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Senior Value Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor helping enterprise customers achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
You will own the end-to-end value journey for customers—from initial landing through expansion, adoption, and renewal. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
**Identify & Frame Value:** Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. Build compelling demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks. Conduct value assessments and proof-of-value projects, communicating opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
**Realize Value:** Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities. Derive improvement measures across core business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives. Present results and realized value to senior management.
**Scale Value:** Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform. Drive adoption and expansion across the customer organization. Provide feedback to product development teams on new use cases and platform enhancements.
You will work in partnership with Celonis Sales Teams and Services, blending deep process and industry expertise with proven consulting and analytical skills. Native-level German proficiency is required to lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Experience in an analytical, customer-facing role (Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT/Management Consulting, or in-house Center of Excellence) demonstrating value through business data analysis and software deployment
- Knowledge of enterprise business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), RPA, BI tools, dashboards, and action flows
- Technical skills: Python and/or SQL
- Experience identifying use cases for process improvement and deploying improvement measures as a change agent
- Project management experience planning scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple accounts
- Executive stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent German (native level) and English
