You'll join the fast-growing fintech team as a Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer, playing a critical role in building scalable, resilient, and secure systems supporting mission-critical financial applications.
In this role, you will architect, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across AWS and on-premise environments. You'll lead containerization and orchestration strategy using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring deployment, scaling, and security best practices. You'll design and manage complex networking solutions including VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, PrivateLinks, Direct Connect, and AWS Secure VPN setup, as well as hybrid cloud connectivity.
You'll build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure with automated testing and deployment. You'll develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code for scalable, multi-region infrastructures using Terraform and Terragrunt, ensuring modularity, version control, and automation. You'll implement monitoring, observability, and alerting for all infrastructure components with a proactive issue detection and response mindset.
Collaboration is key: you'll work with development, security, and data teams to ensure smooth production releases. You'll mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers on best practices across cloud, networking, DevOps, and monitoring disciplines. You'll build deep context across multiple domains (infrastructure, development, security, operations) to design cohesive, scalable DevOps solutions and drive DevOps initiatives by connecting technical, business, and operational perspectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, networking services)
- Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or equivalent) for containerized applications
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing) in cloud and on-prem environments
- Proven experience in designing and implementing DevOps strategies and infrastructure roadmaps
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent) for automation
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Knowledge of security best practices and fintech compliance standards
