The company is expanding with Rumble, a subscription-based investment recommendations platform.
As a Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer, you will architect and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure across AWS and on-premise environments. You will lead containerization and orchestration strategy using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring deployment, scaling, and security best practices. You will design and manage complex networking solutions including VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, PrivateLinks, Direct Connect, and AWS Secure VPN setup, as well as hybrid cloud connectivity.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure with automated testing and deployment; developing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code for scalable, multi-region infrastructures using Terraform and Terragrunt; implementing monitoring, observability, and alerting for all infrastructure components with a proactive issue detection and response mindset; collaborating with development, security, and data teams to ensure smooth production releases; and mentoring junior DevOps engineers on best practices across cloud, networking, DevOps, and monitoring disciplines.
You will build deep context across multiple domains (infrastructure, development, security, operations) to design cohesive, scalable DevOps solutions and drive DevOps initiatives by connecting technical, business, and operational perspectives to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, networking services)
- Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or equivalent) for containerized applications
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing) in cloud and on-prem environments
- Proven experience in designing and implementing DevOps strategies and infrastructure roadmaps
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent) for automation
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Knowledge of security best practices and fintech compliance standards
