Kredivo is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer (SDE 3) to serve as a key technical leader responsible for building, automating, and maintaining infrastructure for Kredivo International. This role reports to the Infra Lead and combines hands-on technical work with mentorship and strategic infrastructure initiatives.
Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure systems across multiple environments (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, ECS). You will own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to enhance delivery speed, testing coverage, and deployment safety. The role involves leading incident response and postmortem reviews, developing and enforcing best practices in infrastructure as code and observability, and driving cost optimization across cloud infrastructure.
You will work closely with engineering teams to guide architectural decisions supporting high availability and fault tolerance, proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing. Collaboration with compliance and cross-functional teams ensures audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
Required qualifications include 3+ years of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering experience. You must have deep expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, Helm, ArgoCD), and infrastructure as code (Terraform). Strong hands-on skills in Linux systems, networking, DNS, and performance tuning are essential. You should have expertise in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Scalyr, ELK), strong programming/scripting abilities in Python, Go, or Bash, and experience with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipeline, Jenkins). Familiarity with secrets management, cloud migration, Atlassian products, and data analysis is valued. Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers is critical.
