As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will own all aspects of the company's cloud infrastructure, including availability, security, scalability, cost optimization, and developer experience. This is a critical role that establishes efficient practices enabling teams to deliver high-quality products quickly while keeping technical execution aligned with business objectives.
You will work with a modern stack including AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, Python, Prometheus, and GitHub Actions. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and maintaining CI/CD practices, managing Kubernetes clusters, implementing Infrastructure as Code methodologies, supporting development teams on architecture best practices, enhancing system scalability and reliability, ensuring security standards, monitoring cloud costs, maintaining observability infrastructure, and creating agentic skills to improve developer experience.
You are expected to be a strong individual contributor who excels both independently and collaboratively. You will mentor and advise team members on code review and design, proactively suggest improvements, and stay current with emerging technologies. The role requires at least 4 years of DevOps experience with strong AWS proficiency, scripting/development skills (Bash, Python), deep CI/CD and Kubernetes expertise, Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform/Ansible), monitoring and log analytics knowledge, computer networking understanding, and solid troubleshooting abilities. Fluency in both Hebrew and English is required. Experience with AI coding agents and agentic workflows is a plus.
