The Platform Services team seeks an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable infrastructure across hybrid on-premises and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes). You will enable engineering teams to develop, deploy, and run services efficiently, securely, and reliably in a complex, large-scale production setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and maintain hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises, AWS, GCP, and multi-cloud architecture
- Operate and scale Kubernetes-based containerized production environments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD
- Drive platform engineering initiatives: developer self-service portals, internal tooling, golden paths
- Establish observability and reliability practices using Prometheus, Grafana, and Coralogix
- Write automation in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
- Own cloud networking, security, IAM, secrets management, and governance
- Lead production troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis
- Architect solutions and provide technical leadership collaborating with R&D teams
- Leverage AI-based tools to improve automation, incident analysis, and developer workflow
- Participate in 24/7 production on-call rotation
Required qualifications: 6+ years hands-on DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering experience; strong expertise in hybrid on-premises and multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP); solid knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability; ability to design and lead infrastructure projects; strong troubleshooting and production issue investigation skills; independent ownership and project drive; solution-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills; curiosity about AI-driven DevOps tools.
