Ivo is a contract intelligence platform that uses AI to automate contract review and analysis for enterprise customers like Uber, Meta, Canva, IBM, and Shopify. The company recently raised Series B and has grown 800% in the past 12 months.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer on the Infrastructure team, you will build and maintain the foundation for Ivo's entire platform. Each customer receives an isolated environment with containers, databases, and VPCs. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining Docker-based environments across dev, staging, and production
- Owning and improving deployment and release pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Managing infrastructure as code with Pulumi
- Supporting backend services (APIs, workers, jobs) and frontend applications
- Debugging issues across the full stack: infrastructure, backend, and frontend
- Improving developer experience through faster builds and cleaner environments
- Defining and improving CI/CD workflows
- Automating repetitive processes
You'll need minimum 5 years of DevOps/infrastructure experience with some full-stack exposure. Required skills include hands-on expertise with Pulumi or similar IaC tools (Terraform), Docker/containerization, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging skills and the ability to trace problems across distributed systems are essential.
This is not a "keep the lights on" role—you'll be building systems that keep the company running while maintaining high performance and reliability. The ideal candidate is relentlessly resourceful, has a strong sense of urgency, and is excited about working in a fast-growing startup environment. Experience with LLMs is a plus.
