As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will architect the future of Fetcherr's internal infrastructure, transforming it into a high-velocity, self-service platform that enables rapid development while maintaining organizational standards and reliability across diverse global markets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Self-service enablement: Design and build secure, automated pathways that accelerate development velocity while preserving organizational standards and governance.
• Architectural modularization: Design Kubernetes-native abstractions including controllers and operators; decouple infrastructure into independent service lifecycles that support rapid iteration and scaling.
• Infrastructure as code: Treat all infrastructure, policy, and configuration with the same software development lifecycle rigor as application code—versioned, code-reviewed, tested, and CI/CD-gated.
• Proactive reliability: Own production systems through robust observability, clear SLOs, and high operational hygiene; define precise alerting and lead blameless postmortems that improve system design.
